Online access and tracking

One core feature at BERGÉ GEFCO is our ability to track our services, making them visible to our clients. Some of our latest solutions include:

• Client website, with access to:
  • Real-time GPS tracking of vehicle locations
  • Online stock
  • Online status of ongoing and completed services for each vehicle
• We have equipped our entire fleet with tablets featuring digital signature software, which allows us to send a signed delivery note in PDF format when vehicles are delivered
• A new document management platform (iDocCar), where we have developed a new digital and paperless process to manage any vehicle damage incurred in transit
